How to Order our Duvets and Pillows

1. Browse our Product Categories and select Pillows or Duvets to buy - Add to Cart.
2. When you have finished shopping click View Cart and go to Checkout.
3. If you are a new customer Create a new account with us (Registration of details).
4. Select Shipping method, either by Insured Post (4-5 days delivery) or by Door to Door Courier (2-3days delivery).
5. Payment Method, Direct Deposit into our bank account.
6. Confirm the order. An automated email message containing your order will then be sent to you. We will give you a call as soon as possible to confirm and discuss your order.
7. Once you are satisfied please do a transfer to our account and fax/email us proof of payment.
8. We will send your order within 2-3 days and SMS / Email your tracking number to you.
9. If you are in any way dissatisfied with our products, send unused items in its original packaging back to us within 31 days for a full refund.
